These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you and Shenzhen YueTan Trade CO.,LTD ("we", "us") governing your use of TTLocker (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is a privacy-protection tool for iOS devices offering: App Lock (passcode / Face ID), a Private Vault (local encrypted storage for photos, videos, notes, files, contacts and recordings), Screen Time management (time limits, app hiding, system restrictions), location-based app rules, a disguised app icon, and image editing tools. Features may change with updates.

The App creates your account via Sign in with Apple and recognizes your membership by a device identifier generated on your device. Keep your Apple ID and device secure. Membership is tied to your account/device; when switching devices you can restore it by signing in again or using Restore Purchases.

• Plans: monthly and annual subscriptions (annual may include a 7-day free trial where applicable) and a one-time lifetime purchase; prices as shown on the App Store;
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before each period ends, charged to your Apple ID. Cancel any time in your App Store subscription settings; access continues until the end of the current period;
• Free trial: where offered, cancel during the trial to avoid charges; otherwise the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically;
• Redemption codes: we may issue membership codes; benefits take effect for the period stated at redemption;
• Refunds: all payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy via the App Store or Apple Support;
• Restore purchases: available in the App.

• Vault content (photos, videos, notes, files, contacts, recordings) is AES-256 encrypted and stored locally; keys are kept solely in your device keychain;
• If you forget your passcode, no one can decrypt the vault — including us. There is no recovery service;
• Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all vault content with no recovery (keys do not migrate with iCloud backups);
• You are responsible for backing up important data and securing your device. We are not liable for inaccessible or lost data caused by a forgotten passcode, lost device, system failure, or misuse.

You agree that when using the App you will:

• comply with applicable laws and never store, distribute or process unlawful content (including content infringing others' rights or otherwise illegal);
• enable Screen Time and app-control features only on devices you own or are authorized to manage, and never to monitor others without consent;
• not reverse-engineer, crack or tamper with the App, or interfere with the service;
• not abuse redemption codes or exploit vulnerabilities to obtain membership unlawfully.

We may suspend or terminate the service for violations, and you bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

Location rules are configured by you and stored only on your device. The feature depends on system location permission and availability, and may fail when permission is off, signal is poor, or system restrictions apply. It is a device-usage aid only and is not a reliable means for safety, guardianship or emergency purposes.

All intellectual property in the App (UI, code, icons, text) belongs to Shenzhen YueTan Trade CO.,LTD. Content you store in the vault belongs to you; we claim no rights over it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The App relies on Apple's sign-in, payment and Screen Time frameworks, and uses RevenueCat to validate subscriptions. Those services are governed by their providers' terms.

If you obtained the App from the App Store: Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance, support or warranty for the App; any claims relating to the App are handled by us, not Apple; and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms entitled to enforce the license-related terms against you.

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for malfunctions caused by device failure, OS upgrades, permission changes, or force majeure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages (including data loss or lost profits) arising from use of or inability to use the App. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for subscriptions or purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time (see Section 5 on data deletion). If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access. Refunds of paid subscriptions follow Apple's policies.

We may revise these Terms as the App evolves; revisions will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, either party may bring suit before a competent court at the location of the operator.
